What’d You Do This Weekend? #10

Hi everyone, welcome to What’d You Do This Weekend? I hope everyone had a great weekend and is enjoying some spring like weather! We are in the second week of spring here in the Boston area, but that didn’t stop if from snowing – AGAIN – all day, on Saturday.

But as I said last week, this is New England in March, anything can happen. Anyway, I had a lot of fun visiting everyone last week and reading all of your fantastic posts and seeing your wonderful creations!

Pizza Rustica from Olives N Okra

week10-Pizza-Rustica-by-Olives-n-OkraOh my goodness gracious, doesn’t this look amazing?! According to Sherry, you can serve it warm and the cheese will be all oooey, gooey and wonderful, or you can serve it chilled and it will have a cheesecake like consistency, I know I would love it either way! This is going on my to-make-soon list, be sure to go get the recipe if you didn’t have a chance last week.

DIY Mobile Chicken Coop from Garden Up green

week10-DIY Mobile Chicken Coop 1I love this project from Garden Up green and really enjoyed reading the post and seeing the step by step process Carole went through to make this amazing DIY Mobile Chicken Coop. No, I do not have chickens myself, but many of my neighbors do, so who knows, maybe I will get some in the future (I’d also love to raise goats). Until I, maybe, have my own farm animals, I really enjoy reading about others who do. Make sure you go check out this incredible project, if you didn’t have a chance last week.
