Hi everyone, welcome to What’d You Do This Weekend? I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! We finally had some gorgeous spring like weather here this week and my almost 3-year old twin girls, were so delighted to see the first crocuses making an appearance in our yard!

I don’t think I’ve ever had a verrine, it sounds wonderful! I love mangos and this sounds so good with the honeydew and oranges, I can’t wait to try it soon!
