Hi everyone, welcome to What’d You Do This Weekend? I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!

We are up at our lake house in Grand Isle, Vermont and had a wonderful weekend filled with boating, swimming and of course grilling! We made these delicious Rum Island Thighs (modified a bit due to ingredient availability) by Best of Long Island and Central Florida, which I featured at last week’s party, and they were so good! Definitely be sure to get the recipe, if you missed it last week!
