Only three ingredients are needed to make these delicious, pretty Blood Orange Juice Cocktails.
As promised in my last post, today I’m sharing my husband’s recipe for Blood Orange Juice Cocktails. In my last post I shared my Crock Pot Chicken Carrot & Chickpea Tagine which is a Moroccan dish.
And, I wrote about this wonderful Moroccan restaurant, called Chez Es Saada that my husband and I used to go to when we lived in New York City. The food at Chez Es Saada was incredible and they had the most amazing blood orange juice cocktails, which my husband recreated for us to enjoy at home.
Only three ingredients — blood orange juice, vodka and lime – along with some ice, are needed to make these gorgeous, colorful Blood Orange Juice Cocktails. The cheerful, bright orange red color is just right for spring or to make you feel like it’s springtime.
According to my calendar, we are in our second week of spring here in the Boston area. But looking out my window, it certainly doesn’t look like spring. Yes, it is snowing, again!
These delicious Blood Orange Juice Cocktails are a wonderful accompaniment to Moroccan dishes such as Crock Pot Chicken Carrot & Chickpea Tagine and Slow Cooker Beef & Sweet Potato Tagine.
These colorful Blood Orange Juice Cocktails are also perfect for a cocktail party, or along with appetizers at a dinner party. They would also make a pretty addition to a special brunch or dinner for Easter or anytime!
