Bacon Arugula Tomato and White Bean Pasta Salad — this delicious pasta salad is perfect for your next barbeque, picnic or potluck.
I am so happy that the warmer weather has arrived here in Massachusetts and that it is now time to start making warm weather dishes again, such as pasta salads. Today I’m sharing one of my family’s favorite pasta salads, this delicious Bacon Arugula Tomato and White Bean Pasta Salad.
This pasta salad combines the classic combination of bacon, lettuce — in this case, arugula, — and tomatoes with white beans and pasta and a tangy garlicky dressing, it is so good.
This past weekend we had some gorgeous weather and my husband fired up the grill for the first time this season. This Bacon Arugula Tomato and White Bean Pasta Salad was an excellent accompaniment to the grilled steak we enjoyed that evening and would be a wonderful side dish to a variety of grilled main dishes.
Leftovers of this Bacon Arugula Tomato and White Bean Pasta Salad are wonderful for lunch. I like to package leftovers in individual containers for a portable lunch to be enjoyed at the park, on the boat, at the beach or simply outdoors on the deck.
This Bacon Arugula Tomato and White Bean Pasta Salad can be made ahead of time and is portable so is a great dish for picnics, barbeques and potlucks.
With all the colorful veggies, the protein from the beans and bacon, along with the pasta, this Bacon Arugula Tomato and White Bean Pasta Salad is also a complete, delicious, quick and easy meal, all on it’s own.

While studying in the US I lived in NH and I know how hard New England winter can be! I love your salad and it’s great that spring has made an appearance up there!

Perfect timing! I’m incorporating more dinner salads as meals for dinner and this has a lot of filling things in it. I just need to add some meat for my boys and it’ll be perfect.
I love the idea of adding white beans to a salad. It gives it something extra. If I can get my family to eat this I am going to make it!
