Pomegranate Champagne Cocktails – these pretty, purple-red-hued, sparkling cocktails are perfect for New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day or any festive occasion.
I love the combination of pomegranate liqueur or juice with a sparkling beverage. Last month, I shared my Sparkling Pomegranate Punch which combines pomegranate liqueur or juice with lemon lime soda.
I thought pomegranate liqueur or juice would also go well with champagne and it certainly does, these Pomegranate Champagne Cocktails are so pretty and delicious.
I rimmed the champagne flutes for these Pomegranate Champagne Cocktails with pomegranate sugar, using the same sugar and technique as I did for my Sparkling Pomegranate Punch.

These festive Pomegranate Champagne Cocktails would be great for a toast at a New Year’s Eve party. They would also be a great addition to a drinks table for a New Year’s Day open house or brunch party.
These pretty purple-red-hued cocktails would also be wonderful for Valentine’s Day or a festive occasion anytime.
