Hi everyone, welcome to What’d You Do This Weekend? I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! It was school vacation last week here in Massachusetts and we were out of town. When we got back home this weekend, I was so happy to see that all the snow had finally melted and the daffodils were blooming!

Triple Coconut Cream Pie from Simply Suzanne’s At Home
I love all things coconut and this Triple Coconut Cream Pie sounds amazing! Suzanne recently made this pie for her husband’s birthday and I think I may need to make one for my husband’s birthday coming up in May — if I can wait that long!
Bakery Style Blueberry Muffins from My Sweet Mission
I love trying new blueberry muffin recipes and Heather’s bakery style version sounds wonderful, I can’t wait to give her recipe a try soon!
