I love making stir-fries, they are so quick and easy and are great for a family dinner on a busy weeknight. There are so many wonderful combinations to make, and today, I’m sharing a new favorite, this delicious Beef & Broccoli in Black Bean Garlic Sauce.

I’ve seen dishes with black bean sauce on plenty of Chinese menus, but haven’t cooked with it before at home. I wasn’t sure what to expect and initially was worried that it might be too spicy for my kids.
I needn’t have worried, the sauce is savory with just a hint of sweetness, it is delicious, and my kids love it.
This Beef & Broccoli in Black Bean Garlic Sauce is so delicious and with less than 10 minutes cook time, it has become a new family favorite for a quick and easy dinner.

Faster than take-off. Looks delicious.
Oh I so need to try this. I have been wanting to add sir fries to our weekly menu but I’ve not had much success with the sauces. Usually they are too sweet for my hubby and my son is just starting to appreciate Chinese food. I’m trying this for sure. I’ve not tried the black bean sauce yet. Can’t wait to try it.
I love the flavors in this! Sound tasty and so colorful!
This dish looks luscious. Love all the healthful, colorful veggies here. Those mushrooms look like “dinner plates”. Wow!
Homemade takeout is always so much better!!
This looks great, always better to make your own than takeaway especially if it’s not too hard!

This is a beautiful dish, Joy. I like the way the broccoli and peppers stand out. Stir fry is not something I make very often…really, hardly ever! I’m not sure why. It’s fast and easy. Thanks for sharing!
